Shipping policy

Shipping-Items ship in 2 business days.

Due to the nature of the item, there are no returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at hickoryhollowsoaps@gmail.com, call or text 828-989-4405, we are happy to assist you in making your order right! Please double check your shipping address.   You can cancel an order that has not shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately at leigh@hickoryhollowsoaps.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please attach pictures of product and shipping container.  Once these are received, we can evaluate for a full refund or replacement of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
