Refund policy

Returns-Due to the nature of the item, we cannot accept returns, but if you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us at leigh@hickoryhollowsoaps.com, call or text 828-989-4405, we are happy to assist you in making your order right! Please double check your shipping address.   

REFUNDS-If you aren't completely satisfied with what you ordered, you may REQUEST a refund.  Please be aware that a 20% processing fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.

You can cancel an order that has not shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately at leigh@hickoryhollowsoaps.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please attach pictures of product and shipping container.  Once these are received, we can evaluate for a full refund or replacement of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
